New Release from The Silence Noise – This Can Be Saved

Songs and Releases

This Can Be Saved is inspired by the /r/songaweek theme of “Whistle.”

A driving rock song with heavy guitar and vocals, about the moments where we pull ourselves back in life from the edge.

Lyrics:

I can be saved
We can be saved
This can be saved
We will be saved

I feel a swell of desperation
Pulling me into the ocean
Never thought my life would come to this
I feel the pull of gravity
But the water’s still – it starts to freeze
And I am gone
Mind is gone
Warmth is gone
Fear is gone

I still feel the sharp sting
Behind the loss of all things
While the world seems cold and indifferent
I’ll will it all to change
It’s sudden but my soul it stirs
To the siren song inside I’ve heard
That calls to life, yet beyond the grave
Telling me I can be saved

I can be saved
We can be saved
This can be saved
We will be saved

The color now starts to return
While the blood beneath the surface churns
Never thought my life would come to this
I feel the fire in my soul
Turning me back toward the shore
And now I know that all of this it has to change

I can be saved
We can be saved
This can be saved
This will be saved
We will all be saved…

I still feel the sharp sting
Behind the loss of all things
While the world seems cold and indifferent
I’ll will it all to change
It’s sudden but my soul it stirs
To the siren song inside I’ve heard
That calls to life, yet beyond the grave
Telling me I can be saved
